Job summary

RedDoorz Indonesia is seeking a Hotel Operations Specialist in Balikpapan to support daily hotel operations across the city while meeting RedDoorz SOPs and standards.

You will monitor property quality, supervise operational tasks in star-rated hotels, and work closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience, support property management, and assist local marketing efforts. Travel for field visits will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management and Account Management.
• Supervise operational tasks in a Star rating Hotel.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.
• Support property management and local marketing efforts; coordinate with hotel teams.
• Conduct field visits and follow-ups to ensure compliance and address issues.
