Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a field operation specialist in Balikpapan, Indonesia to support daily hotel operations and uphold RedDoorz SOPs across a city-wide area. You will monitor property quality and collaborate with hotel teams to improve guest experience, while supporting property management and local marketing efforts.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel or account management, a bachelor’s degree, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management or Account Management.
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management, Account Management.
• Ability to supervise operational things in Star rating Hotel.
• A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus.
• Availability to do business trip when needed.
