Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Hotel Operations Specialist to support city-wide hotel operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and standards. You will monitor property quality and collaborate with hotel teams to enhance guest experience and local marketing efforts.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel management or account management, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related fields, and flexibility for business trips. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.

• Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.
• Works closely with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing efforts.
• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management, Account Management.
• Ability to supervise operational things in Star rating Hotel.
• A bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus.
• Availability to do business trip when needed.
