Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Hotel Operations Specialist to support city-wide hotel operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and standards. You will monitor property quality and collaborate with hotel teams to enhance guest experience and local marketing efforts.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel management or account management, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related fields, and flexibility for business trips. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management or Account Management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.
• Adaptive to dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily hotel operations (city-wide) to meet RedDoorz SOPs & standards.
• Monitors the quality of properties to ensure standards are met.
• Collaborates with hotel teams to improve guest experience and property management and local marketing.
• Conducts field visits and follow-ups with properties to address issues.
