Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a field operation specialist in Balikpapan, Indonesia to support daily hotel operations and uphold RedDoorz SOPs across a city-wide area. You will monitor property quality and collaborate with hotel teams to improve guest experience, while supporting property management and local marketing efforts.

The role requires 2-3 years in hotel or account management, a bachelor’s degree, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Hotel Management or Account Management.
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily hotel operations across city-wide area to meet RedDoorz SOPs and standards.
• Monitors property quality to ensure standards are met.
• Collaborates with hotel teams to improve guest experience and support property management and local marketing.
• Conducts field visits and follows up with properties to ensure compliance and address issues.
