Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager in Makassar to oversee property quality, coordinate with internal departments, and analyze performance for long-term planning. You will develop growth initiatives and drive customer and operational excellence across partnered properties.

The role requires 3-5 years in hotel/operations management, leadership of an operational team in a star-rated hotel, and a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related fields, with strong English communication skills.
