Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking an experienced Hotel/Operations Manager in Malang to oversee quality across multiple properties and coordinate with internal departments to ensure standards are met. You will analyze performance, partner with property owners on long-term goals, and develop initiatives to drive growth while meeting guest needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in hotel/operations management, leadership of a star-rated hotel team, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related fields,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Hotel Management/Operations Management across several properties.
• Ability to supervise an operations team in a star-rating hotel.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred in Hospitality/Tourism or related fields.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal departments and property staff.
• Analytical abilities for business performance evaluation and long-term planning.
• Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
