Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group in Indonesia is partnering with a financial services organization to hire a Regional Head for Priority Banking, East Java, based in Surabaya. The role requires a banking leader with deep expertise in retail funding and wealth management and a track record of growing business and leading teams.

You will drive client acquisition, portfolio expansion, and cross-sell wealth products, while maintaining strict AML/KYC compliance and strong relationships with top-tier clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in banking with 5+ years in senior regional leadership (VP or equivalent).
• Proven track record in Priority/Private Banking and Wealth Management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional P&L, balance sheet growth, and profitability targets.
• Drive NTB client acquisitions and cross-selling across wealth products.
• Coach and develop RMs, Branch Managers, and Senior RMs.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and risk management in region.
