PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support for Indonesia operations. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams to drive cost efficiency and performance reporting.

Based in Jakarta or Surabaya, the role supervises a small finance team and reports to regional finance leadership, delivering management reports and dashboards that enable informed strategic choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Business Finance, or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, or operationally intensive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets for regional operations.
• Monitor variances between actual performance and budgets.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare regular management reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for Sales and Marketing activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
