Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A to lead budget formulation and execution across regional operations in Indonesia. The role requires strong expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

You will supervise a small finance team, deliver regular management reports, and provide decision support to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Experience supervising teams is required.
• Experience with FMCG or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation for regional operations and monitor execution.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing through expense analysis.
• Evaluate ROI of marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues.
• Mentor and develop junior finance staff.
