Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A for a multinational FMCG client in Indonesia. The role leads budget formulation, financial analysis, and performance monitoring for regional operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams.

You will supervise a small finance team, deliver management reports, track KPIs, and provide financial insight to support strategic decisions and cost-saving initiatives across regional units.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting for regional operations and monitor variances.
• Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and improvements.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for senior leadership.
• Provide financial support to Sales and Marketing including promotional spend evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional finance with corporate strategy.
• Mentor a team of finance and accounting staff.
