MatchaTalent is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A for the Indonesia market, focusing on budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring across regional operations. You will lead budget formulation, track execution, and provide decision support to Sales, Marketing, and factory teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, management or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the formulation, review, and execution monitoring of annual budgets for regional operations.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify variances between actuals and budgets.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
• Prepare regular management reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Provide financial support for Sales & Marketing through analysis of promotions and expenses.
• Supervise and develop a team of finance and accounting staff.
