Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Deputy Manager – Financial Analysis & FP&A in Indonesia, to lead budgeting, performance analysis, and regional financial decision support. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and factory teams and will supervise a small team of finance professionals.

You will bridge operational data with corporate finance objectives, monitor costs, and prepare management reports for senior leadership across regional business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget formulation, tracking, and regional execution for operations.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify cost drivers.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide financial support to Sales/Marketing for promotions and spend.
• Mentor a small team of finance professionals and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
