Job summary

Nstarts Consultants Company Limited is seeking an Area Operations Supervisor (F&B / Retail) who will conduct daily store patrols and ensure service quality, hygiene, and compliance across the Indonesian region. You will provide on-site guidance, collect feedback, and support regional initiatives.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, 3+ years in operations or supervisory roles in F&B/retail, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operational or supervisory experience in chain restaurants, F&B, or the retail industry.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) and above.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong expertise in store operations, problem-solving, and team coaching; results-oriented with strong execution capabilities.
• Must travel frequently across the region for store inspections; highly mobile field-based environment.
• Must have the legal right to work in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily store patrols across the Indonesian region according to company standards.
• Inspect and evaluate store service, product quality, hygiene, and compliance, providing on-site guidance to resolve issues.
• Track progress of store issue rectification with regular follow-ups to verify results.
• Collect store operational requests and franchisee feedback, promptly reporting to the management team to facilitate problem-solving.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and promotional campaigns, guiding store staff to execute them correctly.
• Consolidate store operational data and submit patrol reports to superiors to optimize operations and support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with the local training department to assist in hands-on training and skill enhancement programs for store staff.
• Must travel frequently across the region for store inspections.
