ZALORA Group is seeking an independent and detail oriented E-store Operation Executive to join its Platform Services Team. You will build and manage the daily operations of a portfolio of regional brand e-stores on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and other marketplaces, aligning with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher qualification preferred.
• 3-5 years in Business Project Management, E-commerce, SaaS/PaaS, or B2B2C logistics.
• Experience with marketplaces tools across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, Blibli, PGMall, Decathlon.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage SKU/Product setup for new/existing stores across regions and third-party marketplaces.
• Coordinate with Tech, Warehouse and Customer Service to troubleshoot orders and ensure smooth operations.
• Launch, handover, and deactivate stores on marketplaces within timelines and brand guidelines.
