Job summary

SEALINK TALENTA UTAMA in Jakarta is seeking an E-Commerce Operation Specialist to support daily activities across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and similar platforms. You will ensure accurate product listings, monitor inventory, and support pricing and campaigns.

The role requires at least 1 year of e-commerce experience, a strong sense of ownership, and good English for daily communication. You will collaborate with platform managers to maintain smooth storefront operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of working experience; internship welcome
• E-commerce experience preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Able to communicate in English for daily work communication

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and similar platforms
• Handle product listing, delisting, and product information updates
• Maintain and monitor product inventory
• Manage and update product pricing
• Assist with campaign configuration and promotional activities
• Track customer complaints and assist in resolution
• Monitor order and shipment progress
• Support billing management
• Communicate and coordinate with the platform Customer Manager
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operations
