We are looking for an experienced Regional Coordinator with a passion for the watch industry. You will be responsible for managing multiple retail stores, leading store teams, and ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, sales performance, and customer experience across the region. Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned region.
• Monitor sales performance and support stores in achieving business targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Supervisors and store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate inventory movement, stock accuracy, and omnichannel operations across stores.
• Ensure operational reports, attendance, and administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and brand standards across all locations.
• Support the execution of promotional campaigns, store events, and regional initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans to enhance store performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail operations as a Regional Coordinator, Area Coordinator, Senior Store Supervisor, Store Manager, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail stores and leading store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Experience in the watch retail industry is highly preferred. Candidates from luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle retail are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
• Good knowledge of watch products, brands, and retail business processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and willing to travel regularly for store visits.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
