Job summary

Time International invites an experienced Retail Operations Associate Manager to spearhead luxury watches and jewelry retail across Jakarta. You will ensure brand standards, elevate store performance, and lead Area and Store Managers toward high performance.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Marketing to optimize operations, inventory health, and the customer experience while travelling monthly for store visits and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, retail, or related field.
• Strong leadership experience coaching and developing teams.
• Proven track record in multi-store retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee retail operations across multiple store locations.
• Drive sales performance and service excellence through effective execution.
• Conduct regular store visits to review performance and implement action plans.
• Coach Area Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, visual standards, and customer service.
• Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and shrinkage to support sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales and productivity reports to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
