Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience as a Store Supervisor.
• Experience in retail and VM preferred.
• Strong team management and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coaching.
• Manage and coach the team into building sustainable performance.
• Client relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policy.
• Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.
• Create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
• Build the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectives.
• Control promotions and marketing promos.
• Inventory control and monthly sales reporting.
