Job summary

PT Jaify Tech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in electronics retail across Surabaya and East Java. The role focuses on expanding market presence through strategic partnerships, new channels, and key accounts, while optimizing pricing, promotions, and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in BD or sales within electronics or consumer goods, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in BD, Sales, KAM or related commercial role.
• Proven track record in electronics/home appliances retail.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel in Semarang and Central Java.
• Able to develop retail channels and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BD strategies to expand electronics, home appliances and home improvement retail channels.
• Identify and establish long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
• Lead end-to-end BD process from prospecting to onboarding and account development.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive sales and retention.
• Identify new markets, networks, and opportunities to increase regional coverage.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regional targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve brand visibility and promotions.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity; provide forecasts and reports.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events to boost partnerships and brand awareness.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations on pricing, product strategy, and channel expansion.
