Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Branch Manager East Java to lead our Surabaya regional office. You will drive commercial success, oversee sales, service, and operations, and ensure high-quality medical solutions across the region.

The role requires 8+ years in a management position, strong leadership, and ability to develop strategies, grow revenue, and manage stakeholders in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Significant managerial experience in healthcare or medical equipment
• Proven ability to lead and grow a regional sales office
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including sales, service, logistics and finance
• Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and efficiency
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales, technical and admin staff
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders in East Java
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies
