Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in business development or sales within consumer electronics, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage key accounts and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel regionally is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or related commercial role, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing retail channels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand electronics, home appliances, and home-improvement retail channels.
• Identify, approach, and establish long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, dealers and other partners.
• Lead end-to-end business development from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and account development.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and retention.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to increase regional coverage and market penetration.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver forecasts and performance reports.
