We are looking for Recruitment Staff to join our team.

Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for textile manufacturing and hospitality business units.

Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, and employment offers.

Maintain and develop a strong candidate database and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.

Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Build relationships with universities, vocational schools, recruitment agencies, and other potential talent sources.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job portals and recruitment platforms.
