Job summary

PT. Liebra Permana is a national garment manufacturer focused on women's underwear with over 30 years of experience. We operate two factories in Semarang and Wonogiri and serve export-oriented brands.

We are seeking a recruitment officer to manage manpower needs, conduct full cycle recruitment, use screening tools, and provide weekly activity reports. Fluent English, strong communication, and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidate must at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management
• At least 1-2 years work experience (Preferably from the Garment Industry)
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Excellence communication
• Familiar with psychological test tools
• Detail oriented
• Good team worker
• Able to work independently and under pressure

Responsible to fulfill manpower needs from all level with timely manner

Conduct full cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, document check, etc.)

Use best and available recruitment tools-techniques to screening qualified candidates

Provide weekly report relate to recruitment activity

Requirements :

Candidate must at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management

At least 1-2 years work experience (Preferably from the Garment Industry)
