Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for project staff across Indonesia, including Jakarta. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth selection process.

You will conduct background checks when needed, assess skills against vacancies, and build relationships with candidates and internal teams through excellent communication, creativity, and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or Management.
• Experience as a recruiter min 1 year.
• Understand the flow of the recruitment process to offering.
• Have excellent communication, creative problem-solving skills, and relationship-building.
• Proactive and have high initiative.
