PT Fresh On Time Seafood invites applications for a Recruitment Staff to join our Human Resources team in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition within manufacturing, with strong communication, time management, and proficiency in ATS tools.

• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback.
• Manage the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process, including applicant tracking and reporting.

As a Recruitment Staff at PT Fresh On Time Seafood, you will play a crucial role in helping our company find and attract the best talent to support our growing business. Located in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat, this full-time position is integral to our Human Resources and Recruitment team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

What you'll be doing
