Responsibilities

• Mencari bakat terpilih melalui headhunting, LinkedIn, jaringan, referensi, dan pemetaan pasar.
• Wawancara & penilaian mendalam untuk memahami pengalaman, kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan tujuan karier kandidat.
• Mempresentasikan kandidat yang tepat kepada klien dengan menyoroti kekuatan dan kesesuaian peran.
• Mengelola perjalanan wawancara antara klien dan kandidat dari wawancara pertama hingga tahap akhir.
• Mengambil alih negosiasi tawaran dan memastikan tanggal bergabung serta kompensasi tepat.

What You’ll Do

Hunt for Top Talent
Identify and approach high-caliber candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Build strong talent pipelines across different industries and functions.

Interview & Assess
Go beyond the CV. Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates’ experience, achievements, leadership capabilities, motivations, and career aspirations — and determine whether they are the right fit for the opportunity.

Present the Right Talent
Prepare compelling candidate profiles and confidently present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths, relevant experience, and potential fit.

Own the Interview Journey
Manage the process between client and candidate from first interview to final stage. Keep both parties engaged, aligned, and moving forward.

Close the Deal
Take ownership of the offer and negotiation process. Manage expectations around compensation, benefits, joining dates, and counteroffers — and turn a great candidate into a successful placement.
