Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for retail roles, with a focus on mass recruitment. The role requires coordinating multiple vacancies and priorities, and close collaboration with hiring managers to define manpower needs.

You will monitor progress, build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs, and provide regular updates. The position is based at the BSD, Tangerang office in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in high-volume environments; mass hiring preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Willingness to work from the BSD, Tangerang office.

Requirements

• Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time.
• English or Mandarin speaking is preferred.
