TRI7 Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Indonesia.

You will identify, attract, hire, and ensure a seamless candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies for the Indonesian market. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR data, and keeping up with trends to enhance sourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for non-tech roles incl. digital marketing, social media, customer service, sales in igaming, fintech or crypto industries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs for Indonesia market and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Monitor HR data and manpower planning per department/team and divisions structure.
• Coordinate employee orientation and ensure onboarding aligns with HR procedures and company policies.
• Assist with HR/compliance documentation, policies, and procedures implementations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or due to organizational changes.

As a HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, hiring and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role demands a good understanding of the recruitment strategies, exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs for Indonesia Market and understanding of the Job Descriptions and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
• Source, engage, and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and industry-specific platforms;
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation;
• Monitor Human Resource Information data (Recruitment) by maintenance of every departments or team’s manpower line-ups (per dept/team), or divisions structure;
• Employee orientation, ensuring that the new employees are educated with the process, HR procedures and Company policies;
• Involve in addressing implementations: hr and admin concerning compliance, documentations, policies and procedures;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience;
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies;
• Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Supervisor and/or any changes in the role due to organisational structuring realignment effected from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
• Preferably with experience recruiting for non-tech like digital marketing, social media, customer service, sales and tech positions for igaming, Fintech or Crypto related industry
