Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full lifecycle for a portfolio of clients in Indonesia. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates, aligning strategies with hiring managers to meet recruitment targets.

You will cultivate strong client relationships, leverage industry networks, and contribute to innovative recruitment initiatives while earning competitive base pay plus commissions in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Headhunter in HR & Recruitment.
• In-depth understanding of the Indonesia recruitment market.
• Excellent consultative sales skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts and achieving recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leveraging referrals to identify high-calibre talent.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives.
