We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team on a full-time basis at our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and selecting top talents for our organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, selection, offering, and onboarding, based on each department's manpower needs.
Handle new employee contract administration, including preparing employment contracts, ensuring required documentation is complete, and coordinating the signing process.
Coordinate employee contract renewals by following up with supervisors and department heads regarding employee performance and renewal recommendations.
Work closely with department heads and supervisors to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, and recruitment priorities.
Assist in developing and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department and position to ensure performance expectations are clearly defined and measurable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records, including candidate databases, employment contracts, and recruitment status.
Support the promotion of the company brand and employer value proposition to attract quality candidates.
Support other HR activities and initiatives as required by management.
2-4 years' experience in recruitment, recruitment consulting or a related HR function.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
Experience working with manpower planning and coordinating with department heads/supervisors.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Basic understanding of KPI development, performance management, and employee evaluation.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
