Job summary

Aceon Games in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR member to support a fast-growing game and Esports publishing company. You will manage recruitment, HR operations, and cross-border corporate tasks while contributing to the local team’s development.

As the first HR member for the Indonesia team, you will help establish SOPs, support payroll documentation, liaise with vendors, and maintain compliant HR practices in a dynamic, game-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in the internet industry.
• Fluent English with cross-border collaboration preferred.
• Strong HR knowledge and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game/esports teams to define recruitment needs and manage full lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing and onboarding support.
• Provide daily HR support for Indonesia operations, formulating SOPs for entry, transfer, resignation and dismissal, and liaising with external vendors for payroll documents.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and assist in building local HR management systems.
• Be responsible for daily office administration and procurement.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game and esports business teams to clarify recruitment demands, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding support
• .Provide daily HR support for Indonesia team operations, such as formulating SOPs for employee entry, transfer, resignation and dismissal, following up payroll documents and liaising with external vendors
• .Familiar with local labor laws and regulations of Indonesia to ensure HR compliance, and assist in building local HR management systems
• .Be responsible for daily office administration and procurement work

Job Requirement

• Over 3 years of working experience in human resource
• Fluent in English; candidates with cross-border team collaboration experience are preferre
• Experienced in internet industry recruitment with solid HR professional knowledg
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possess good communication skills and strong learning abilit
• Experiences in Game/ Esports industry is preferre
