Job summary

Sekolah Bahasa is expanding its team in Bekasi and seeks a Junior Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. You will screen candidates, schedule interviews with managers, maintain records, and prepare progress reports while upholding company policies.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong interest in talent acquisition, backed by solid communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms is an advantage.
