Job summary

PT Pro Energi in Jakarta is seeking a Recruitment Officer to handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to hiring administration, and to align hiring criteria with user expectations.

You will conduct induction for new hires, coordinate with related departments for deployment, and drive mass recruitment activities such as walk-ins and job fairs to source qualified candidates. A minimum of 1 year in recruitment is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as recruitment officer.
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment & selection process, especially mass recruitment.
