Assist in regional recruitment processes, including CV screening and interview scheduling
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment database
Support interview sessions, assessments, and hiring activities
Prepare simple reports on recruitment progress and hiring status
Fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Administration, or related fields
Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Proficient in Ms. Excel / Google Sheets (data processing skills are a plus)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under deadlines
Have experience in or actively participated in an organization (student organization, committee, or community is a plus)
