Job summary

Talent Insider in Jakarta is seeking a recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to support client brands across industries. You will source, screen, interview, and present candidates, while building strong relationships with hiring teams.

You will post ads, use social media including LinkedIn, coordinate interviews, check references, and help negotiate offers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and English is a plus, with placement in Kelapa Gading area.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
• Proven work experience as a recruiter, with minimum 1-2 years of working experiences.
• Required language : English is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline with a focus on achieving targets.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
• Ability to conduct interviews, screening both briefly and thoroughly, selection and presentation for clients.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading area.
