Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• < 2 years in recruitment; exec search/headhunting preferred.
• Familiar with LinkedIn, JobStreet, and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from client brief to candidate placement.
• Understand client needs and role requirements to identify suitable profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on market conditions and client needs.
• Identify and engage high-quality talent across markets.
• Assess candidates by capabilities, motivations, and fit beyond CVs.
• Handle multiple searches with speed and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, approaching, assessing, and placing candidates.
• Understand client needs and role requirements to identify the right candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on market conditions, talent availability, and client needs.
• Identify and engage with high-quality talent across relevant markets.
• Assess candidates beyond their CVs by understanding their capabilities, motivations, and potential fit.
• Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining both speed and quality.
• Take ownership of your recruitment assignments and contribute to team and business results.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Less than 2 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in executive search, headhunting, or recruitment agency.
• Familiar with recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other talent sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, takes initiative, and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in English and confident using it in a professional setting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Has a growth mindset and genuine interest in continuously learning and developing as a Recruitment Consultant.
