This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong track record in recruitment consulting, client management, business development, and team leadership, who is ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to business growth.

About you

• 3 - 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency / executive search / recruitment consulting environment.
• Proven experience managing clients, recruitment projects, and team members.
• Strong track record in recruitment, ideally as a top performer or top biller.
• Experience with international clients or cross-border recruitment is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, approachable, and confident when working with different stakeholders.
• Fluent in English with strong professional communication skills.
