MyRobin.ID in Bandung is seeking a Recruiter to help identify positions, craft recruitment materials, and meet client labor requirements. You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and review CVs and supporting documents to ensure the best matches.

You will source new candidates using online recruitment tools and professional networks, build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, and work with discipline to hit recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of candidate profiles and qualifications.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interviewing skills and objective candidate evaluation.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with online recruitment tools and networking platforms.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Discipline, persistent and target-driven to achieve recruitment goals.
