Job summary

SeaOwl Group seeks an experienced Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for oil & gas and energy projects across Asia. You will manage high-volume campaigns, source and screen candidates, and partner with stakeholders to meet project hiring needs.

The role emphasizes building pipelines for technical and leadership roles, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in recruitment.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in a diverse workplace environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects.
