Job summary

PT FCL Internasional Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles and contribute to workforce planning. You will partner with hiring managers to diagnose needs, deliver recruitment solutions, and ensure targets are met within timelines.

The role also involves analyzing data to continuously improve hiring processes and support related HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment, HRBP, or General HR, with at least 1 year of team management experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to recruit mid-to-senior level and hard-to-fill positions.
