Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting tenants and guests upon arrival.
• Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming packages or items.
• Assisting with guest inquiries and complaints under guidance.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handling incoming phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Supporting daily front-office activities.

You will work alongside our reception team and gain hands-on experience in hospitality, front office, and customer service. while also receiving pocket money throughout your internship.

Internship Scope
