Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Human Resource Intern to support recruitment across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. You will work with the Talent Acquisition and HR team to ensure a smooth candidate experience and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-growing startup.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student who is eager to learn, with good English and Indonesian communication, and who can commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Screen CVs and assist in identifying suitable candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in job posting across hiring platforms and employer branding initiatives.
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.
• Support onboarding administration for new hires.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
