Job summary

Timedoor invites energetic individuals to join our internship program as Intern Customer Support in Bali. You will record client reports, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in testing fixes before delivery, ensuring timely resolutions. Willing to learn new tools and adapt quickly.

You will participate in client meetings, prepare notes, help with website maintenance tasks, and develop written and spoken English communication while learning IT service delivery in a Bali-based team.

Timedoor is Bali-based IT company that provides services on website/mobile app/system development, online marketing, graphic design and AI System Integration. We are now looking for young, talented and motivated individual to join our internship program as Intern Customer Support.

Position : Internship

Job Responsibilities :

Record, document, and conduct initial assessments of client reports, requests, and requirements.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams and follow up on task progress to ensure timely resolution.

Perform testing and quality checks on fixes, updates, and enhancements before they are delivered to clients.
