Accor in Jakarta is seeking a diligent Stock/Inventory Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing shipments, update inventory records, and maintain organized stockrooms. The role requires HACCP familiarity and strong Excel/Office skills for accurate reporting.

The successful candidate will support multiple departments, communicate effectively in English, and thrive in a team-oriented, hospitality environment. Prior experience is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance held.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Familiar with HACCP procedures and policies.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
• Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies and report any issues
• Update inventory records using our management system
• Organize and maintain the stockroom and storage areas
• Assist with stock rotation and ensure proper storage of all items
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Assist customers with inquiries and product locations when required
• Adhere to HACCP procedures and policies to ensure food safety
