Bottega Natura in Bali is seeking a customer-focused retail associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our store team. You will help customers, process transactions, maintain store presentation, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate communicates well in English, is friendly and punctual, and enjoys healthy living and organic products. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in shopkeeping or retail.
• Previous retail or supermarket experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Conversational English required.
• Friendly, polite, honest, and customer-oriented.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash and digital transactions.
• Attention to detail and basic admin skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, quick to learn, and able to solve basic operational problems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in healthy living, organic food, and natural products is an advantage.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service; assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation; ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
