Job summary

Scoot Bike Rental in Bali is looking for a Warehouse Administration/Inventory Clerk to accurately record stock, prepare delivery orders, maintain stock cards and support stock opname with the warehouse team.

The role requires a D3 in Administration or related field, at least 1 year in warehouse/inventory admin, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, basic English, and a reliable, deadline-driven work style willing to handle a 6-day shift when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Logistics, Accounting or related field.
• Based in Bali.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/inventory administration (fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are welcome).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with inventory software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, accurate with numbers and documents.
• Basic English (reading documents and simple communication).
• Honest, disciplined and able to work with deadlines.
• Willing to work on a shift/6-day schedule including weekends when required.

• Report stock levels and slow-moving items to management weekly.
• Coordinate with purchasing, housekeeping/F&B and workshop teams on stock requests.
• Follow up suppliers for delivery schedules and document discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse filing system organized (hard copy and digital).
• Perform other admin tasks related to warehouse operations.

• Prepare and file delivery orders, goods receipts, purchase requests and stock-transfer documents.
• Maintain up-to-date stock cards and reconcile system stock with physical stock.
• Schedule and support periodic stock opname together with the warehouse operator.
• Report stock levels, slow-moving and minimum-stock items to management weekly.
• Coordinate with purchasing, housekeeping/F&B and workshop teams on stock requests.
• Follow up suppliers for delivery schedules and document discrepancies (shortage, damage, return).
• Keep the warehouse filing system organized (hard copy and digital).
• Perform other administrative tasks related to warehouse operations as assigned.
