Pengiklan Anonim seeks an accounting professional to record, check, and report store financial transactions accurately, ensuring alignment between financial records and store sales, purchases, inventory, and cash transactions. You will record income and expenses, verify invoices and receipts, reconcile daily cash, monitor supplier payments, and ensure transactions are documented in accounting or POS systems.

Proficiency with Excel is required.

Formación

• Minimum education: SMK Accounting or D3/S1 Accounting
• Experience in accounting field, preferably from retail, wholesale stores, or distributor industries
• Understanding of accounting basics, transaction recording, and cash and bank reconciliation
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and accounting or POS applications
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and possess good administrative skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilidades

• Record store income and expense transactions
• Check and archive sales notes, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment proofs
• Record purchase transactions for cake ingredients, store supplies, and operational costs
• Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in accounting systems or applications
• Conduct daily cash checks and reconciliation with cashier sales reports
• Check alignment of cash payments, bank transfers, QRIS, and other payment methods
• Reconcile bank account mutations with financial records
• Monitor operational expenses and ensure each expense has valid proof
• Record and monitor supplier or ingredient supplier debts
• Ensure supplier payments are made according to due dates and applicable agreements

Key responsibilities

Responsible for recording, checking, and reporting store financial transactions accurately, orderly, and on time, as well as ensuring alignment between financial records and store sales, purchase, inventory, and cash transactions.

Record all store income and expense transactions

Check and archive sales notes, purchase invoices, receipts, and payment proof

Record purchase transactions for cake ingredients, store supplies, and operational costs

Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded in accounting systems or applications

Conduct daily cash checks and reconciliation with cashier sales reports

Check alignment of cash payments, bank transfers, QRIS, and other payment methods

About you
