Admin Finance & Accounting (Stock & Inventory Focus)
Admin Finance & Accounting role with a focus on Stock & Inventory management. The position involves direct handling of inventory and stock-related accounting tasks, including stock reconciliation, financial reporting, and coordination across finance, warehouse, and logistics functions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct stock opname, daily/monthly stock reconciliation, and evaluation of stock discrepancies
- Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and manage inventory valuation
- Operate ERP/Accounting systems (such as Accurate, MYOB, SAP, Odoo, or similar)
- Perform journal entry recording, petty cash management, invoice creation, and accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) processing
- Reconcile financial reports with physical inventory data in the warehouse
- Track and investigate stock discrepancies and variances
- Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams on inventory and financial matters
- Prepare financial reports and communications in English
About you
- Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in Accounting, Finance, Management Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting with direct involvement in inventory/stock management
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with ability to communicate, read transaction documents, and prepare reports and emails in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel at intermediate to advanced level (PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SumIFS, Data Validation)
- Experience operating ERP/Accounting systems such as Accurate, MYOB, SAP, Odoo, or similar
- Understanding of accounting journal entry recording, cash flow management, invoice creation, and AP/AR processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy in matching financial report figures with physical inventory data
- Strong integrity and commitment to transparent recording of company assets and inventory
- Ability to coordinate effectively across divisions, particularly with Warehouse/Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams
- Quick problem-solving ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies
