Qualifications

• Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent in residential sales.
• Strong knowledge of local Bali markets and current conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Proficiency with real estate management software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
• Valid real estate licensing or certification; willingness to obtain licensing in Indonesia.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Broker to join our thriving team at Wellstate Properties in Bali. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant residential property market of Bali. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be at the forefront of our business, managing client relationships, negotiating transactions, and driving sales growth. This role is fundamental to our success, as you will be responsible for connecting buyers and sellers, identifying market opportunities, and building a strong client portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and sellers in the residential property market
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available residential properties
• Prepare and present competitive market analyses and property valuations to clients
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and smooth transactions
• Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial listing to final closing
• Market residential properties effectively using various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current market trends, local regulations, and property values in the Bali region
• Prepare and manage property listings, documentation, and transaction records
• Coordinate with legal professionals, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate completed transactions
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the local real estate community
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Wellstate Properties

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a real estate broker or agent in the residential sales sector, with a track record of successful transactions
• Strong knowledge of local property markets, neighbourhoods, and current market conditions in Bali or similar international locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully
• Proficiency in using real estate management software, digital marketing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian and other languages is highly desirable
• Valid real estate licensing or certification in your jurisdiction, or willingness to obtain licensing in Indonesia
• Understanding of property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to Bali
• High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
• Passion for real estate and a customer-focused approach to business
